Illinois Department of Human Services/Division of Developmental
Disabilities (DHS/DDD), through an investment from the Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities, training for self-advocates, community organizations and
state monitoring employees resulted in the Certification of 41 Quality Analysts in
Illinois and the establishment of an ongoing Learning Network.
