Deborah Carran, PhD

Deborah Carran, PhD, is an associate professor at Johns Hopkins University School of Education. Dr. Carran’s areas of specialization are: statistical analysis -- formulation, application, interpretation; educational program evaluation; and developmental psychology. Dr. Carran has a BS in Psychology and Biology from the University of Miami; a MS in Psychological Science from the University of Miami and a PhD in Developmental Psychology from the University of Miami.
