Holly Morrison - Vice President and Chief Administrative/Financial Officer

Holly Morrison is the Vice President and Chief Administrative/Financial Officer for CQL (The Council on Quality and Leadership). She is responsible for CQL operations both internal and external including service delivery, finance and administration. Ms. Morrison oversees staff performance, organizational learning and leadership development as well as assuming primary responsibility for the work processes used in service delivery to ensure model coherency and reliability.

Ms. Morrison has worked in a variety of capacities since joining The Council staff in 1992. She worked as a full and part time Quality Consultant. Most recently as Vice President for Organizational Learning she was responsible for the intellectual and human capital investment and knowledge management of CQL. As Director of Quality and Innovation, she co-managed all of the core services of CQL including accreditation, training, consultation and certification programs. As the Director of Educational Development she was responsible for the development and management of CQL’s International Network of Certified Trainers which she began in 1995 and currently numbers more than 200 people in the U.S. and overseas.

Over 20 years of experience consulting in the human service industry has provided Ms. Morrison with expertise in disabilities; leadership development; performance improvement and retention; and organizational development and improvement.

Prior to joining The Council, Ms. Morrison worked as a private consultant specializing in training and evaluation of programs serving people with disabilities at the organizational and systems level. As the Executive Director of a private, non-profit corporation, Ms. Morrison developed and directed one of the first independent support coordination organizations in the country.

Ms. Morrison has a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from the Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska and a Masters of Business Administration from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky.
