Ernest currently works on a number of state projects and at the national level with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). He was the longest tenured member of the Long Term Care Technical Assistance Group which advises CMS on long term care policy and has served as a state representative on a number of CMS sponsored workgroups.
